Initial Session: New Patient Evaluation 85 minutes $395

Follow Up Session: Established Patient 25 minutes (medication management only)  $250

Follow Up Session: Established Patient 55 minutes (medication management and supportive therapy) $350

Sliding Scale available upon appropriate requests.

We do not charge insurance directly, but are able to provide documentation (super bill) for you to submit to your insurance plan for reimbursement.
